If you want to call or visit the municipal authority, Kom in customer service is your first point of contact.
Customer service is staffed by community advisers. We look after your case and ensure you are guided to the right person or unit. Everyone who works at Kom in customer service is covered by an obligation of confidentiality.
Ordinary weekdays, Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm.
On the day before a public holiday and the day before the eve of a public holiday, we are open from 8 am to 12 noon.
